Marquette County Human Services Department is excited to announce an opening for a Clinical Services Case Manager in our Community Support Program (CSP). This full-time position offers an hourly rate of $26.83 – $29.98, depending on qualifications.
This role is an important part of our work supporting adults with severe and persistent mental health needs. The Case Manager helps individuals build long-term stability, independence, and strong connections within the community.

Position Responsibilities: The Case Manager uses a strengths-based, person-centered approach to: Coordinate supports and services
- Assist individuals with daily living and skill-building
- Connect individuals to housing, healthcare, vocational resources, and community programs
- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a behavioral science or related field required
- Experience in mental health or substance use services preferred
- Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
- Valid Wisconsin driver’s license and access to insured transportation
- Must pass background checks
