Hourly Rate: $26.83 – $29.98 (Based on Qualifications)

Marquette County Human Services is looking for a Clinical Services Case Manager to provide meaningful support and coordination for children, youth, adults, and families participating in Comprehensive Community Services (CCS).

What You’ll Do
- Provide case management and service planning for assigned clients
- Coordinate care with other providers and community resources
- Support clients in accessing mental health, substance use, and recovery services
- Participate in outreach, education, and crisis intervention as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in a behavioral science or related field
- Experience with mental health or substance use services preferred
- Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
- Valid Wisconsin driver’s license and access to insured transportation
- Must pass background checks
