Hourly Rate: $26.83 – $29.98 (Based on Qualifications)
Marquette County is hiring a Case Manager to join our Human Services team! This position provides case management and service coordination to children, youth, adults, and families participating in Comprehensive Community Services (CCS).
As a Case Manager, you’ll work with individuals and families who have mental health or substance use needs using a strengths-based, team-focused approach that supports recovery, resilience, and community connections.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide case management and service planning for assigned clients.
- Coordinate care with other providers and community resources.
- Support clients in accessing mental health, substance use, and recovery services.
- Participate in outreach, education, and crisis intervention as needed.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a behavioral science or related field required.
Experience with mental health or substance use services preferred.
Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
Valid Wisconsin driver’s license and access to insured transportation.
Must pass background checks.
