Visual Inspection Associate
$20-$24/hr DOE
Join our team as a Visual Inspection Associate and play a vital role in ensuring the quality and safety of our pharmaceutical products. In this position, you will be responsible for meticulously inspecting liquid injectable products to identify and document crucial container integrity defects, such as cosmetic imperfections, missing seals, foreign materials, discoloration, or incorrect fill levels. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will contribute directly to maintaining the highest standards of cGMP compliance and patient safety.
Required Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in visual inspection or quality control
- Familiarity with GMP guidelines, including USP<790>, USP<1790>, and 21CFR 210/211
- Strong time and project management skills with the ability to multitask efficiently
- Effective communication skills within teams and across departments
- High level of personal and professional integrity, trustworthiness, and a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with SOP creation and revision
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes
- Prior experience working in a regulated environment or cleanroom setting
Preferred Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3 years of hands-on experience in visual inspection or quality assurance in a pharmaceutical or related manufacturing setting
Other Requirements:
- Ability to work in a regulated cleanroom environment
- Attention to detail and commitment to compliance and safety standards
