What You'll Do
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance tasks across our communities, including plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC units, and general building repairs.
- Respond to and complete work orders to maintain efficiently and with attention to detail.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with residents, vendors and team members.
- Take a proactive approach-identifying and addressing issues before they become problems.

- Proven experience in property maintenance.
- Reliable, consistent work history
- Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC maintenance and repair.
- Strong problem-solving skills and an a hands-on mindset.
