Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced All arounder team leader to join our team and ensure the smooth operation of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in the food service industry, carribean food, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a All Arounder you will assist with POS in FOH and assist as needed in B OH with prep work etc; culinary skills a plus and maintain high standards of food safety and quality.
Responsibilities
- Utilize POS systems (Toast POS,) for cash handling and transaction management.
- Implement effective inventory control measures to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.
- Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Administer food preparation processes to maintain quality standards in cooking and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas in line with food safety standards.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on enhancing guest satisfaction.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations.
- Experience in casual dining environments.
- Familiarity with culinary techniques and kitchen management practices.
- Strong organizational skills.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
