Duties
- Assist in the preparation of food items according to established recipes and guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes and sanitizing work surfaces.
- Help with the storage of food products, ensuring proper handling and labeling.
- Support cooks and chefs by providing necessary ingredients and tools during meal preparation.
- Participate in food handling practices that adhere to health and safety regulations.
- Assist with bussing tables and cleaning dining areas as needed to ensure a pleasant dining experience for guests.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service and high-quality food presentation.
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and basic cooking techniques is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail, cleanliness, and organizational skills are essential.
