Marolf Environmental is seeking an experienced Lift Station Construction Superintendent to lead lift station construction, rehabilitation, and upgrade projects from start to finish.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in the field, understands the technical complexities of lift station systems, and takes pride in delivering quality work safely and efficiently.

What You’ll Do:
Lead Field Operations
- Oversee all daily lift station construction activities
- Coordinate crews, subcontractors, materials, and equipment
- Drive project schedules and production goals
- Ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality execution on every job site
Provide Technical Oversight
Supervise and verify installation of:
- Wet wells and valve vaults
- Submersible and dry pit pumps
- Force mains and gravity tie-ins
- Guide rails, piping, valves, and fittings
- Electrical conduit and lift station controls
Additional responsibilities:
- Verify elevations, alignment, and proper installation
- Read and interpret civil drawings and lift station plans
- Troubleshoot field, mechanical, and installation issues
Ensure Safety & Compliance
- Enforce OSHA and company safety standards
- Maintain confined space, trench safety, and lift station safety protocols
- Coordinate inspections and ensure compliance with project specifications
- Complete daily reports and field documentation
Lead & Develop Teams
- Supervise and motivate field crews
- Assign tasks and monitor productivity/quality
- Train and mentor team members
- Maintain accountability and job site discipline
Preferred Skills
- Strong expertise in lift station construction
- Deep understanding of pumps, piping systems, and force mains
- Ability to read civil plans and lift station shop drawings
- Knowledge of underground utility construction practices
- Excellent leadership, organization, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects when needed
