Regional CDL-A Driver – No Experience needed - Stockbridge, GA
Start your trucking career with a regional position designed for new CDL graduates. MWS welcomes drivers with little or no experience and provides paid training, practical instruction, and ongoing support. Gain valuable experience while enjoying steady freight and weekly home time.
Pay & Compensation
- Weekly Pay: $1,300–$1,700
- Annual Pay: $68,000–$88,000
- CPM: 60¢–64¢ (increases by 1 CPM each year for up to 4 years)
- Miles: 2,000–2,500 per week
Home Time
- Home once a week
Orientation
- One-day paid orientation
- Covers safety procedures, equipment walkthrough, drug screening, and skills assessment
- Orientation Pay: $300 (paid with first paycheck)
- Transportation and hotel accommodations provided
Freight & Routes
- This regional account features 100% no-touch general commodity freight operating throughout the eastern United States. Drivers benefit from steady freight, reliable miles, and weekly home time.

Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- No experience required
- Minimum age: 21
- Must live within 75 miles of Stockbridge, GA
- Basic load securement knowledge
- No major moving violations within the last 12 months
- 3-year MVR review
- 10-year background check
- Must pass hair and urine drug screening
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a Class A tractor-trailer
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Maintain accurate ELD logs and required paperwork
- Deliver freight safely and on schedule
- Operate automatic tractors with 48'–53' trailers
- Follow all DOT and FMCSA regulations
