Pay & Compensation

• Weekly pay: $1,400–$1,700/week
• Annual equivalent: $73,000–$89,000/year
• CPM: 55¢-65¢ (increases by 1 CPM each year for up to 10 years)
• Miles: 2,000–3,000 per week
• Stop pay: $15 per stop

Home Time

• Home every 5 days, for 2 days

Orientation

• One day long
• Covers safety procedures, equipment familiarization, drug screening, and skills assessment
• Orientation pay: $300 paid with your first paycheck
• Transportation and hotel accommodations provided

Freight & Routes

• This account features 100% no-touch dry van freight operating throughout the Southwest. Drivers run established freight lanes with consistent loads, dependable miles, and year-round freight that keeps them moving.

Equipment

• 2022 or newer Freightliner Cascadia
• Automatic transmission only - manual restriction accepted
• Assigned truck

Requirements

• Valid CDL-A license required
• No prior experience needed - new graduates welcome
• Must be 21 years or older
• Must reside within 100 miles of Roswell, GA
• Basic load securement principles
• No major moving violations in the last 12 months
• Background check for last 10 years
• Must pass hair follicle and urine drug screening

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Class A tractor-trailer
• Perform pre and post trip inspections daily
• Maintain accurate ELD logs and required paperwork
• Deliver freight safely and on schedule
• Operate automatic tractors with 48–53 foot trailers
• Follow all DOT and FMCSA regulations
