  • Tariff & Tax Assessment: Monitor global trade policy changes and collaborate with Procurement to assess the financial impact of tariffs, duties, and taxes on our product portfolio.

  • Documentation Oversight: Review shipping documentation for accuracy and compliance. Identify and implement opportunities to automate documentation workflows to increase compliance and reduce manual errors.

Cost Optimization

  • Negotiate contracts, rates, and service-level agreements with logistics partners.

  • Identify and execute specific opportunities and projects to reduce total freight spend, such as mode optimization or lane consolidation.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Financial Reporting: Provide regular visibility into freight spend, tariff impacts, and carrier performance metrics.

  • Process Improvement: Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for logistics and data management to support company growth.

  • KPI Management: Implement and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for the logistics function, including freight spend, freight recovery, and carrier performance.

What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Business, or relevant experience, ideally in medical products.

  • 3-5 years' experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or global supply chain operations.

  • Proven experience managing multiple modes of transport, specifically Ocean, Air, FTL/LTL, and Parcel.
