Job Description:

We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Representative to be the first point of contact for our organization. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, possesses excellent communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. The Front Desk Representative will be responsible for managing the reception area, greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and providing general administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations. 

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and efficiently.
• Manage the front desk area to ensure it is tidy and presentable at all times.
• Schedule and confirm appointments for clients and staff members.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
• Maintain records and update databases with client and visitor information.
• Provide general administrative support, including data entry, filing, and scanning documents.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree or certification is a plus.
• Proven experience in a front desk or customer service role preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to maintain professionalism and composure in a fast-paced environment.
