Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and efficiently.
- Manage the front desk area to ensure it is tidy and presentable at all times.
- Schedule and confirm appointments for clients and staff members.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Maintain records and update databases with client and visitor information.
- Provide general administrative support, including data entry, filing, and scanning documents.
Requirements:
