Duties

- Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process sales transactions efficiently
- Assist customers with their food orders, offering suggestions through upselling techniques to enhance their experience
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the deli area, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment
- Manage cash register operations, accurately processing cash, credit card, and digital payments
- Stock shelves, rotate products, and ensure all food items are properly labeled and stored according to food safety guidelines
- Operate kitchen equipment such as slicers, ovens, and refrigerators safely while adhering to food handling regulations
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food preparation, food service, or retail sales is highly desirable
- Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
