    Position Overview

    As a Corporate Sales Representative in our Langenfeld division, working out of our Twin Cities, MN location, you will develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives to achieve revenue and margin goals for assigned clients and customers. This role combines strategic planning, sales execution, and relationship building across multiple levels of clients and retail partners.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute sales and marketing plans to achieve annual sales and revenue targets
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, customers, and key store partners

    • Plan and develop impactful marketing and advertising campaigns to support client initiatives

    • Participate in co-op shows and plan/execute events as required

    • Focus on expanding client business and adding new clients to Langenfeld’s hardware representation portfolio

    • Track and manage all selling activities daily in Salesforce

    • Complete special projects as assigned by the Business Unit Manager

    Supervisory Responsibilities:

    • May directly manage one or more Corporate Sales Associates, including hiring, training, performance feedback, and team development

    Required Experience and Education

    • Bachelor’s degree (Business or related field preferred)

    • 3 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development

    • Strong strategic planning, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

    • Financial acumen including margin and ROI calculations

    • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce CRM

    • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time

    • Strong communication, teamwork, and leadership abilities

    • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
