Marketing Manager

Market & Johnson, General Contractor & Construction Manager, is seeking a Marketing Manager to join our team in Eau Claire, WI! This position is full time, in office, and provides excellent salary and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coach the marketing team members to foster growth/high performance
• Manage the marketing calendar, key collaboration meetings, priorities, and timelines to ensure seamless execution
• Collaborate with business development and project teams to craft winning RFP and proposal submissions and strategies
• Develop compelling proposal content, templates, and presentations that drive results
• Develop and implement marketing strategies across digital, print and social channels

specific to industry and business goals

• Lead vision and write content for the marketing strategies and campaigns
• Learn and champion the M&J story and people through relationship building
• Build and maintain the CRM system for client tracking and communication, ensuring

data accuracy and usability

• Generate and analyze marketing reports to measure results and inform strategy
• Consistently research and apply new marketing best practices and trends

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications, or similar degree preferred,

Associate’s Degree required minimum

• 6 years of marketing experience required
• 1 year of supervision experience required
• Construction familiarity and/or B2B marketing experience is an asset
• Must be able to strategize and execute
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
• Strong leadership and collaboration abilities
