Recruitment & Hiring Coordinator

**THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION**Position Overview:Mark III Construction is seeking a Recruiter & Onboarding Coordinator to support our continued growth by managing full-cycle recruiting and delivering a high-quality onboarding experience for new hires. This role plays a critical part in attracting talent and ensuring a smooth transition from candidate to employee.Who we are:Mark III is a full-service construction company with three unique and complementary businesses – M3 MEP, M3 Service, and M3 Components. Mission:Leading the Evolution of ConstructionVision: Exposing the World to a New Way to BuildCore Values: • Teamwork • Integrity • Excellence • Continuous Improvement • PerseveranceWhat we offer: Competitive Compensation, Paid Time Off, Internal and External Training, 401K, Medical, Dental and VisionRequirementsKey Responsibilities Recruiting & Talent Acquisition• Manage full-cycle recruiting for field, project, and corporate positions • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs • Draft and manage job postings • Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and networking • Conduct phone screenings and coordinate interviews • Maintain candidate communication and recruiting metricsOnboarding & New Hire Coordination• Coordinate end-to-end onboarding process • Prepare offer letters and onboarding documents • Ensure completion of pre-employment requirements • Facilitate new hire orientation • Partner with HR, Safety, IT, and Payroll • Maintain accurate employee recordsCompliance & Process Improvement• Ensure compliance with employment regulations • Maintain confidentiality of records • Improve recruiting and onboarding workflows • Support audits and HR projectsQualifications • 2–5 years of recruiting or HR coordination experience • Construction or skilled trades recruiting preferred • Strong organizational and communication skills • Experience with ATS/HRIS and Microsoft OfficePosition Requirements:This office-based role requires prolonged periods of sitting, working at a computer, and occasional standing or walking. Salary : $75,000 - $90,000
