Position Requirements:
- Identify, Build & Maintain Relationships with Key Customers
- Attend & Present @ Events to Drive Brand Awareness
- Create Project Specific Strategies
- Drive and Track Revenue Goals
- Help Create Sales Strategies/Budgets for MEP, Components and Service
- Customer Messaging and Education
- Relationship Development and Maintenance (Pipeline)
Prerequisites:
- Five years’ experience in business development, preconstruction and/or sales in California
- Basic knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems preferred
- Knowledgeable of Healthcare, Industrial, Food and Beverage, Life Science and/or Education beneficial
- Bay Area market connectivity and understanding is a plus
- Professional/Technical writing skills

Salary Range $150k - $200k DOE
