Responsibilities:
- 1 - 3 years of construction experience, preferred electrical field
- Assists the Project Manager, Superintendent and foreman in overall project coordination
- Attend and document project meetings
- Update and maintain project filing system, all sets of drawings, specifications, and logs
- Review, evaluate, and transmit submittals
- Prepare complete, accurate and timely submittal logs
- Prepare and maintain RFI logs, submittal logs and expediting logs
- Accurately process, distribute, and manage RFIs
- Cost code and/or verify correct codes on time sheets
- Ensure Contract Document Logs are maintained and updated as needed
- Prepare and document extra work orders
- Review and assemble change order submittals and quantity surveys
- Compile contract close out documents
- Prepares project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends and recommending actions as needed
- Development of bid packages to managing schedules

Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000 annually DOE
