Electrician / Electrical Service Tech – Tom Drexler Plumbing, Air & Electric
MUST have valid Journeyman or Master Electrician License
Residential Service experience preferred
Location: Frankfort, KY
Work Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday with rotating Saturdays
Compensation: $70,000 – $120,000 annually (Base Hourly Pay Performance and Efficiency Incentives)
Reports To: Electrical Service Manager

What You’ll Do
- Lead and complete residential electrical service projects
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical systems
- Provide exceptional customer service in homes and on job sites
- Maintain accurate job records and communicate updates with customers and team members
- Represent Tom Drexler professionally while operating company-provided vehicle
- Mentor and support junior electricians as needed
What We’re Looking For
Required:
- MUST have valid Journeyman Electrician License
- Minimum 2 years of residential electrical service experience
- Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Professional, reliable, and motivated to succeed
Preferred:
- Experience leading or mentoring other electricians
- Interest in professional growth and continued education
