What You’ll Do- Assist escrow officers with opening, processing, and closing escrow transactions
- Prepare and review escrow documents, including instructions and settlement statements
- Coordinate with buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, and title companies
- Order title reports, payoff demands, and required documentation
- Schedule signings and ensure all escrow conditions are met
- Maintain accurate and compliant escrow files
- Provide exceptional customer service and timely communication
- 1–3 years of experience in escrow, title, or real estate (preferred)
- Familiarity with California escrow processes and documentation
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and client service abilities
- Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines
- Experience with escrow software (SoftPro, Qualia, Summit) is a plus
- Notary Public certification
- Knowledge of escrow accounting and title processes
