What are the responsibilities and job description for the Escrow Officer position at Security Escrow?
Security Escrow, an independent escrow company in San Diego, has an opportunity for an experienced officer/manager. You will have your own desk and will close on average 10 - 15 deals per month. You will oversee the daily operations of the escrow department, ensuring efficient and accurate processing of real estate transactions. You will also lead a team of escrow officers and assistants, providing guidance, training and support. You will also manage client relations, handle escalated issues, and drive company growth and success.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years experience as an escrow officer, with demonstrated leadership ability.
Ability to get approved with the DFPI as a manager.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop a team.
Familiar with Qualia escrow software is a bonus.
Benefits:
We offer a base salary of $80,000 plus monthly bonuses based on gross escrow fees totaling on average $5,000 per month making this a $140,000 per year job for the right person.
If you have a current book of business, we are offering up to a $5,000 sign on bonus.
