Marina Inn at Grande Dunes, one of Myrtle Beach’s premier luxury waterfront resorts, is seeking dependable and skilled team members to join our Maintenance and Engineering department. Our team keeps the resort operating safely and efficiently for guests and staff. We are currently hiring for Maintenance Engineers to support daily resort operations, pool safety, and property maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

Maintenance Engineer Responsibilities:

· Perform preventative maintenance and repairs throughout the hotel

· Troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems

· Respond to guest maintenance requests promptly and professionally

· Maintain equipment, tools, and work areas

· Assist with facility inspections and safety compliance

· Support hotel operations including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house systems

Pool Safety Officer Responsibilities:

· Monitor pool and pool deck areas to ensure guest safety

· Enforce pool safety rules and resort policies

· Respond to safety incidents and emergencies if necessary

· Assist guests with pool towels, seating, and general assistance

· Maintain cleanliness and organization of pool areas

· Communicate with resort staff regarding guest needs and safety concerns

Qualifications

· Previous hotel maintenance, engineering, or facilities experience preferred for Maintenance Engineer

· Strong troubleshooting and repair skills

· Pool Safety Officer candidates should be attentive and safety-focused

· Lifeguard or CPR certification preferred (training may be provided)

· Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays

· Strong teamwork and communication skills
