RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform vehicle maintenance and repairs according to Subaru standards and guidelines.
- Diagnose and repair drivability, electrical, and mechanical issues efficiently and accurately.
- Conduct multi-point inspections and identify needed repairs or maintenance.
- Communicate effectively with service advisors and teammates to ensure timely repairs.
- Maintain Subaru factory training and certifications.
- Keep a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Other duties given by supervisor, as needed
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2 years of automotive technician experience preferred (Subaru experience a plus).
- Current Subaru or ASE certifications are highly desirable.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Must have your own tools
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
- A positive and friendly attitude
- Great communication skills
COMPENSATION:
The Service Line Technician Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $33.00 and $45.00. The position may also pay a production bonus based on individual or team performance that may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit.
- Hourly and Flat Rate compensation based on experience and certifications.
