Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive diagnostics using advanced automotive diagnostic tools to identify issues accurately.
- Repair and maintain various vehicle systems including powertrain, transmission, suspension, electrical systems and more.
- Interpret automotive wiring diagrams and schematics to troubleshoot electrical and electronic components effectively.
- Conduct vehicle inspections, alignments, and suspension system repairs to ensure safety and optimal handling.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other mechanical instruments to execute repairs efficiently.
- Follow manufacturer specifications and service procedures for vehicle maintenance and repairs on diverse makes and models including American , European and Japanese vehicles
- Communicate clearly with service writers about repair needs, estimated timelines, and maintenance recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction.
Experience
- Automotive service technician experience with a strong background in automotive diagnostics and repair.
- Hands-on experience with ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems), vehicle wiring diagrams, schematics, and electrical systems interpretation.
- Mechanical knowledge across various vehicle components such as transmissions, powertrains, vehicle suspension systems.
- Familiarity with auto estimating software and customer service best practices in an automotive setting.
- Demonstrated ability to work with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other mechanical devices safely and effectively.
- Service technician experience involving vehicle maintenance on diverse makes/models with an emphasis on quality workmanship.
- Knowledge of automotive electrical systems, transmissions, alignment procedures, and diesel engine repair is highly desirable.

Pay: $35.00 - $47.00 per hour
