We are looking for an admin to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the office's client calls, the firm's schedule, scanning and organizing documents and handling the firm's administrative projects.

- Answering client calls

- Scanning and organizing files
- Providing admin support to staff and tax accountants
- Some billing client follow-up
