Printing Sales Manager

Leading offset and digital printing company in TN is seeking to hire an experienced Sales Manager to lead and mentor the sales team.

Responsibilities include:

• Direct, train and mentor sales staff of 5 in the process and methods required to achieve company sales objectives.
• Assist in new business development which may include on-site client meetings/presentations with appropriate sales executives.
• Communicate and delegate sales responsibilities among sales team.
• Evaluate and communicate performance of sales executives against position responsibilities and established goals.
• Help sales team penetrate new business opportunities in healthcare, real estate, and other major markets.

Qualifications include:

• Minimum of 3 - 5 years sales leadership experience in the printing, packaging, or graphic arts industry.
• Strong communication, organizational and customer service skills.
• Solid mentoring and training skills.
• Working knowledge of the offset and digital printing industry.
• Creative and innovative.
• Proven track record of developing new business opportunities in the printing industry.
• Experience building and retaining long term client relationships.
• Flexible team player who adapts quickly and can work independently.
• Proficient on MS Office and internet.
• Some travel (10% - 20%) required to client sites and trade shows.

Starting base salary range $90,000 - $110,000 bonus based on overall performance of the sales team, benefits, and relocation assistance.
