They are searching to hire a Customer Service Manager.Responsibilities include:Manage front end office, inside sales, order entry, shipping and receiving.Assist inside sales staff in following up with clients and bids.Help inside sales staff in upselling orders with clients.Build strong client relationships.Bridge communication between inside sales and shipping and receiving departments.Delegate orders to inside account managers.Will also handle a few key client accounts.Qualifications include:Minimum 3 - 5 years' experience managing customer service/inside account management teams.Excellent communication and follow through skills.Excellent team building skills.General knowledge of the printing industry; screen, digital and/or offset required.
