The Welcome Desk Assistant serves as the first point of contact for current and prospective students, creating a positive and welcoming environment through friendly and professional interactions. This role is responsible for greeting visitors, logging them into the line management system, and providing accurate directions and information about the campus and services provided. In addition, the Welcome Desk Assistant supports the Admissions & Records team by assisting with various tasks, special projects, and clerical duties to ensure efficient operations and excellent student services.

- 80%- Supports Welcome Desk and Enrollment Center lobby with a strong focus on customer service, quick response times, and referrals to other related student service areas. Updates student records as required, following FERPA (Family Educational Rights & Privacy Act) while adhering to any other applicable laws, policies, rules, or regulations
- 10% - Works in a team environment, attends meetings, provides functional support for the A&R management team, and may serve on committees or be assigned to document imaging records, or compose, edit, and prepare correspondence.
- 5% - Assist with small group campus tours, including preparing materials and facilitating tours for new and prospective students
- 5% - Performs other related duties as assigned
