Key Responsibilities (Top 5-6)

• Responsible for property accounting for both externally and internally managed properties, including daily operational accounting, CAM calculations, cash management, and periodic reporting.
• Prepare and provide timely monthly financial reports and annual budgets.
• Calculate and reconcile tenants' annual estimated operating expenses and CAM charges.
• Conduct general ledger reconciliations and accounting analysis.
• Responsible for the accounting functions for multiple family-owned entities.

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance, or an Associate's Degree in Accounting with two years of general accounting experience.
• Prior property management accounting experience; Yardi and QuickBooks Online (QBO) is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, excellent time management, interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently.
