Key Responsibilities
- Perform laboratory tests on product samples following established methods and procedures.
- Clearly document test results and actions taken
- Operate, monitor, and calibrate laboratory equipment
- Work closely with production staff for solutions and dispositions of held product in an efficient and timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with Quality Assurance and Food Safety procedures
- Responsible for testing appearance, piece count and texture of finished product
