Representation of debtors and creditors, businesses and individuals, Unsecured Creditors’ Committees, buyers and sellers, and bankruptcy trustees, in matters involving bankruptcy, insolvency, financial disputes, out of court workouts, restructuring and reorganization, liquidation, and other non-bankruptcy options, including litigation; capable of handling all aspects of bankruptcy and related litigation, including propounding and responding to written discovery, taking oral depositions, making court appearances.
