- Promptly responding to all written reservations inquiries;
- Making guest reservations;
- Noting VIP reservations and seating requests;
- Communicating about upcoming reservations with the management team;
- Greeting and seating guests;
- Ensuring that the restaurant has ample menus for each meal period;
- Monitoring the flow of seating during a given meal period.
- Strong written and verbal communication;
- Professional demeanor;
- Hospitality-focused attitude;
- Strong organizational skills;
- At least one year in a full-time reservations and/or host position.
