What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director, Marine Asset Management & PMS position at Margaritaville at Sea?
Margaritaville at Sea sells escape. Our Director, Marine Asset Management and Planned Maintenance keeps that escape running: every system aboard maintained on schedule, and the right spare part aboard before it is needed. This is a chance to own the fleet's maintenance and inventory systems at a moment of growth: our third ship, Beachcomber, enters service from Miami in January 2027. It is a visible role at the center of the fleet's technical operation, with direct access to Marine leadership.
