Rate: $18.00 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position)

We are seeking a groundskeeper for our 300-unit apartment community centrally located in the heart of Clermont! Requirements
- Must meet all physical requirements and be able to take direction
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Ability to work independently and as a team member
- Valid FL DL to drive a golf cart on the property
Responsibilities
- Walking the property grounds and common areas
- Picking up trash and debris
- Performing minor repair and maintenance duties using tools and cleaning supplies
- Performing any additional duties assigned by the Community Manager, Service Supervisor, and/or Assistant Community Manager

Work Days: Monday – Friday
