What You’ll Do
- Clean and prepare guest rooms efficiently and thoroughly within assigned time standards
- Change bed linens, dust furniture, clean mirrors, and sanitize bathrooms and vanity areas
- Vacuum carpets and maintain cleaning equipment daily
- Restock housekeeping carts and closets with supplies as needed
- Report any maintenance issues, safety concerns, or lost and found items to your supervisor
- Follow all safety, key control, and uniform policies
- Assist with deep cleaning projects and special assignments
- Maintain a professional, courteous attitude while working in guest areas
- A positive attitude and a strong attention to detail
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and lift throughout your shift
- Ability to lift and carry cleaning supplies and equipment
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Experience in housekeeping or hospitality preferred—but not required
