What You Will Be Doing
- Ability to work all front-of-house positions, including Server, Server Assistant, and Host.
- Supervise daily restaurant operations and staff during assigned shifts.
- Assist with training, coaching, and onboarding of associates.
- Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve guest concerns professionally.
- Monitor food quality, presentation, and service standards throughout each shift.
- Operate the POS system and complete required sales and operational reporting.
- Assist with labor control, inventory management, and supply ordering.
- Maintain compliance with food safety, sanitation, cleanliness, and safety standards.
- Coordinate staff activities to ensure efficient service and proper staffing levels.
- Assist in executing special events and group functions.
- Complete shift reports highlighting sales, guest feedback, and operational updates.
- Communicate associate performance, training needs, and operational concerns to leadership.
- Remain calm and effective during high-volume periods and emergencies.
- Support and enforce all hotel policies, procedures, and service standards.
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in hospitality, restaurants, hotels, or a related service industry.
- Strong knowledge of restaurants and food & beverage operations.
- Ability to train, coach, and support team members while fostering a positive work environment.
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English to effectively communicate with guests, associates, and leadership.
- Ability to maintain a professional appearance, positive attitude, and high level of guest service.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift or carry up to 30 pounds and perform physical tasks including bending, kneeling, lifting, reaching, and twisting.
