What You Will Be Doing
- Act as a steward of public areas, maintaining their cleanliness and appearance.
- Warmly greet guests while in public areas.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the mezzanine, front desk area, and lobby.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the fitness center and pool area.
- Ensure locker rooms are stocked and clean.
- Possess physical stamina to move throughout the building daily
- Properly use all cleaning equipment and materials
- Comprehension of English language preferred
- Must adhere to Local 122 Collective Bargaining Agreement regulations, with the option to obtain union membership after 90 days of employment.
