What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Receptionist position at Marcie's Pet Spa?
Seeking a part-time receptionist who is friendly, positive, professional, and reliable!
-Hours starting September 1st:
- Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday: 3-6 pm
- Tuesday: noon - 6 pm
- An occasional Saturday: 8 am - 6 pm
-Candidate must be:
- A dog lover who also offers exceptional customer service
- Tech savy/extremely comfortable with computers and phones
- Comfortable handling and interacting with all types of dogs
- Able to multitask and remain calm in a busy, sometimes hectic environment, while continuing to deliver top-notch customer service
- An excellent communicator (face to face, over the phone, and in writing)
- Trustworthy and able to work independently
- Exceptionally organized
- Able to easily lift a minumum of 25lbs
