The Security Administration Analyst is a key contributor in the Information Security Division. This individual will be required to collaborate closely with their global peers and be open to change within the organization. This individual is a strong global team member who sees the Division's success as their own success.

Owners of Our Product - Design through Delivery. Delivering a high-quality product that meets/exceeds expectations of both internal/external clients. Enhancing client experience, while strengthening access security administration and enforcing least privileged best practices.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Enhancing and instilling a strong security posture; protecting client data
- Adhering to least privileged best practices in provisioning of access
- Ensuring you understand the why, what, how, and impact of activity ISM is administering
- Administering user systems and data entitlements across multiple platforms and applications
- Ensuring provisioning/deprovisioning activities are executed real-time, accurately and meet defined SLAs
- Coordinating with local security coordinators and application data owners to ensure access to programs and applications are processed and verified accurately and meet defined SLAs
- Provide coverage and support for user requests received via the ISM hotline
- Identifying process improvement initiatives, proactively contributing to new workflows
- Ensuring standard business processes are well defined and align with industry standards, best practices and client needs
- Ensuring all procedures/policies/RCSA controls are current and reflective of controls and practices
- Contributing to an environment focused on best-in-class security, controls, adherence to procedures, policies, and challenging the status quo
- Collaborating closely with your counterparts to ensure a consistent security posture and environment across the global organization
- Presenting key findings/recommendations/initiatives/progress to managers and team members in clear/concise communication forums
Qualifications include:
- Ability to contribute to a team environment
- A strong interest in technology and Information Security, Access/Identity Management
- Knowledge of Security administration technology, tools such as Active Directory, Service-now, RBAC, Least Privilege Access Principals
- Strong analytical and data mining skills
- Creative and effective problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Highly motivated with ability to self-manage; embraces ownership
- Ability to handle multiple priorities, while meeting deadlines; escalate as needed
