Marchon's client is hiring a Machine Operator to join the team. This is a FULL TIME ONSITE position. Applicants must reside in Long Island
- Operates a wide variety of duplicating machines, including software activated machines, for the production of graphic arts materials
- Operates related equipment, including copying machines, poster printing machines, and other equipment
- Maintains duplicating machines and related equipment
- Performs binding operations
- Collates, staples and folds duplicated material, using a folding machine as required
- Operates a variety of auxiliary equipment such as a paper cutter, folder, Duplo, and inserter
- Lifts heavy boxes of paper and finished products
- Maintains records of production
- Monitors supplies and initiates orders when supply stocks become depleted
- Check jobs that are printed to ensure that everything is printed correctly
- Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions
- Deadline-oriented
