Fantastic boutique real estate firm seeks an experienced Real Estate Paralegal to work primarily with residential real estate closings. Great opportunity to play an important role for this small, but sophisticated, law firm.
Residential Real Estate Paralegal
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of residential closings from start to finish
- Open new files, order title exams, plot plans, MLCs, and draft title commitments
- Prepare closing packages and manage post-closing documentation
- Coordinate with lenders, buyers, sellers, and attorneys throughout the process
- Utilize conveyancing software (E-Closing preferred) to process files efficiently
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior residential real estate experience required
- Proficiency with conveyancing software (E-Closing highly preferred)
- Highly organized, professional, and capable of managing a busy caseload
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A strong work ethic and attention to detail
Salary : $70,000 - $90,000
