Premier Providence firm seeks a Paralegal for a blended role handling complex and interesting work in a variety of practice areas to include Commercial Real Estate, Corporate and Trusts & Estates. Commercial Real Estate: title & survey review and related due diligence in preparation of closings for high value commercial properties, among other dut

ies
Corporate: working with the Secretary of Commonwealth for the establishment, dissolution and maintenance of corporate entities, obtaining FEIN numbers for tax purposes and maintaining ongoing corporate minute books for each entity, among other du

ties
Trusts & Estates: assist with estate plan drafting and editing; administer decedents' trusts; file documents in probate c

ourt.
