Real Estate Attorney

Location: Walpole, MA | On-site 5 days/week

Salary Range: $80K-$100K | Bonus Eligible

Schedule: Full-time

Position Overview

Our client, a growing law firm, is seeking an experienced Real Estate Attorney to support a balanced caseload of commercial and residential real estate transactions.

Qualifications & Skills

• A JD and admission to the MA Bar in good standing
• 5 years of experience as a Real Estate Attorney or in real estate law
• Strong background in commercial real estate and residential real estate transactions
• Demonstrated expertise in conveyancing, title review, and closing processes
• Working knowledge of lender rules and regulations
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and client counseling abilities

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate real estate contracts, including purchase and sale agreements, leases, and deeds
• Conduct title examinations and resolve complex title issues
• Oversee and manage real estate closings from start to finish
• Handle conveyancing processes, including probate transfers
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal real estate laws and regulations
• Collaborate with lenders, brokers, and government agencies to facilitate transactions
• Support or manage foreclosure proceedings and property-related litigation, as needed
• Manage multiple real estate transactions simultaneously with a high degree of accuracy
