What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Pool Technician position at Marc & Rose?
Where the Desert Meets Its Oasis
Seven sprawling acres of crystalline water. A nine-story waterfall. A lazy river that winds beneath the shadow of South Mountain. This is not a swimming pool — this is The Oasis, Arizona Grand Resort & Spa’s legendary aquatic playground, and it needs a guardian worthy of its grandeur.
If you’ve mastered the chemistry, the mechanics, and the quiet artistry of keeping water flawless, Phoenix is calling — and so are we.
The Role
As our Senior Pool Technician, you won’t just maintain pools. You’ll be the unseen hand behind a guest experience that draws travelers from around the globe to float, splash, and unwind beneath 300 days of Arizona sunshine a year. You’ll lead with precision, mentor with patience, and troubleshoot with the calm confidence of someone who’s seen it all — and fixed it all.
Nestled against the red rock beauty of South Mountain Park — one of the largest municipal parks in the country — our resort is a destination unto itself, just minutes from downtown Phoenix’s thriving arts, dining, and sports scene. You’ll work where guests vacation, in a city known for year-round sunshine, dramatic desert sunsets, and an unmistakable energy found only in the Valley of the Sun.
We believe exceptional hospitality starts with how we treat our team. Here, you’ll find:
Bring your expertise to the water that defines a Phoenix landmark. Apply today and help us keep The Oasis — and every guest who dives in — absolutely flawless.
The Arizona Grand Resort & Spa’s leaders and associates believe each guest should be treated with respect and professionalism. We create a genuine experience, enticing our guests to return again and again. In order to be successful at The Arizona Grand Resort & Spa, associates must share both our Purpose (Making Space for Genuine Hospitality) and Pillars (Hands On & Heartfelt, Sincere & Focused, Collaborative & Curious, and Conscientious). This includes possessing and demonstrating a high level of courtesy and respect for both internal and external guests. Our fun, friendly and enthusiastic associates treat every guest as if they were our only guest. A true customer focus is essential to success with our property.
