What are the responsibilities and job description for the Aunt Chiladas Assistant Manager position at Marc & Rose?
Where the Desert Sky Meets Southwestern Soul
Nestled against the sun-drenched slopes of South Mountain, Aunt Chiladas isn’t just a restaurant — it’s a Phoenix institution. Adobe walls, mesquite-smoked flavors, and a patio that watches the desert blaze into a thousand shades of orange at sunset. This is hospitality with a sense of place, and we’re looking for a leader ready to make it their own.
The Opportunity
We’re searching for a magnetic, detail-obsessed Assistant Manager to help steer one of Arizona Grand Resort & Spa’s most beloved dining destinations. This isn’t about clocking in and running shifts. It’s about curating experiences — the kind guests write home about, the kind that turn first-time visitors into lifelong regulars.
You’ll be the calm in the chaos, the mentor behind the counter, and the quiet architect of unforgettable evenings. If you thrive on energy, love a fast pace, and believe that great service is equal parts art and precision, keep reading.
What You’ll Bring to the Table
Set on 740 lush acres beside South Mountain Park — the largest municipal park in the country — our resort is a playground of possibility. Think lazy rivers, championship golf, a AAA Four Diamond spa, and now, your next great career chapter.
Here, culture isn’t a buzzword — it’s the daily rhythm of teamwork, celebration, and Arizona sunshine. We invest in our people the way we invest in our guests: generously, genuinely, and with an eye toward long-term growth.
Perks Worth Packing Your Bags For
Phoenix is a city of reinvention — where ambition meets sunshine, and every sunset feels like a fresh start. If you’re ready to bring your leadership, warmth, and hustle to a role as dynamic as the desert itself, we’d love to meet you.
Apply today and discover what it means to lead where the Sonoran sun sets the standard.
