Graduate / Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Location: Tampa, Florida
Salary: $45,000 starting salary (rising to $50,000 after training) uncapped commission

The role:
- You’ll be building relationships with clients and candidates across tech, construction, engineering, and energy markets. You’ll learn how to win new business, manage client accounts, source high-calibre talent, and negotiate offers.
- Recruitment is consultative, fast-paced, and performance-driven. It’s not easy, but it’s rewarding financially and professionally for those who commit to it.
What you’ll earn:
- Starting salary of $45,000
- Salary increase to $50,000 once training is completed
- Uncapped commission from day one
- You are in control of how quickly your earnings grow. The structure is transparent and performance-based.
Training & development:
- You won’t be left to figure it out alone. There is a dedicated in-house Learning & Development team delivering structured onboarding and ongoing training. You’ll have clear milestones, regular feedback, and a mapped-out progression plan.
- Progression is genuinely achievable right up to Director level. The business promotes from within and supports long-term career development.
Who thrives here?
- Ideally, you’ll have around 12 months of commercial experience. This could be in:
- Sales
- Events
- Logistics
- Insurance
- Or any customer/client-facing role
