The Role

Graduate Recruitment Consultants will:

• Build relationships with clients across exciting industries.
• Source, interview, and manage top talent.
• Negotiate offers and close deals that change careers and transform businesses.
• Work towards clear career progression targets with uncapped earning potential.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will:

• Be a recent graduate (any discipline) with a strong desire to succeed.
• Possess excellent communication skills and enjoy building relationships.

Compensation and Benefits

• Base salary of $55,000.
• On-target earnings (OTE) of $70,000–$120,000 in the first year.
• Start date in May 2026.
