Due to exponential growth Maquette is seeking (ANOTHER) dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving growth, and ensuring client satisfaction. Responsibilities
- Collaborate with key accounts to handle crating, installation, and transportation projects of different scales.
- Act as the primary liaison with assigned clients, maintaining positive, ongoing relationships.
- Efficiently manage multiple projects concurrently, liaising with various internal and external contacts.
- Offer solutions and estimates to clients for future projects.
- Handle invoicing for completed projects.
Qualifications
- A track record of success in client management with 3-5 years of experience.
Additional Skills:
- Self-motivation, leadership, hands-on ability, and adaptability are essential.
- Proficiency in professional telephone etiquette and written correspondence are crucial.
- Proficient with Mac OS, Adobe Suite, FileMaker, and Google Drive.
- Working knowledge of historical and contemporary art.
- Familiarity with art media, contemporary materials and industry standard packing protocol are essential.
- Direct experience with fine art logistics.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Capacity to multitask while maintaining a high degree of organization.
