What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Line Lead position at Maple Holistics?
Key Responsibilities:
- Production Oversight: Manage and direct daily operations of the production line to meet output targets. Keep the focus on efficiency.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor product quality and ensure it meets company and customer standards.
- Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and motivate production line workers to achieve team goals and maintain a cohesive work environment.
- Administrative Task: Complete necessary paperwork, and ensure paperwork is filled out correctly.
- Setup and Monitoring: Set up the assembly line, ensure it is adequately stocked with materials, and monitor workflow.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve any issues or bottlenecks that arise during production to prevent delays. Provide insight and suggestions to make improvements. Report issues or concerns to the Production Supervisor.
- Safety and Compliance: Enforce safety guidelines and ensure the production environment meets all health and safety regulations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Leadership Skills: Ability to guide, motivate, and manage a team effectively
- Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues quickly and implement effective solutions.
- Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication to workers and supervisors and to collaborate with other teams.
- Attention to Detail: Crucial for monitoring quality and ensuring adherence to specifications.
- Must be able to lift between 20-50lbs
- Experience: At least 3 years experience in manufacturing or assembly line leadership.
- Must be able to work Monday thru Friday from 7:30am-4pm
- Bilingual (Spanish) a plus but not required.
