Night Shift RN Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents during overnight hours
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders
- Monitor resident health and respond promptly to changes in condition
- Supervise CNAs and ensure adherence to safety and care protocols
- Accurately document care, updates, and incidents in medical records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care
- Promote a calm, secure, and supportive nighttime environment for residents
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Missouri (required)
- Current CPR/BLS certification (required)
- Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred
- Strong leadership, critical thinking, and communication skills
- Comfortable working independently during overnight shifts
- $2,500 Sign-On Bonus
