Key Responsibilities:
- Operate production machines, ensuring all equipment runs efficiently and safely.
- Set up machines, load materials, and adjust settings according to job specifications.
- Monitor machine performance and adjust controls as needed.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and minor maintenance on machinery.
- Inspect finished products for quality and report any defects or issues.
- Follow all safety procedures and use required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Document production activities and maintain accurate records.
- Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.
Qualifications:
- 1 years of experience as a machine operator or in a similar manufacturing role.
- Ability to operate and troubleshoot machines (training will be provided).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
- Must be able to work 1st or 2nd shift, including overtime when necessary.
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
